Project Description
1 Miramar is a luxury rental property located in Montecito, California. For this project we built our customer an online rental website that looks and functions very similarly to other major platforms including Airbnb. Having a standalone solution like this allows our customer to self-manage their rental and eliminate all the added fees that these other platforms charge. The website design features beautiful photos and videos of the property throughout. We also integrated a 3D walkthrough, and complete online booking system. For bookings we used a system called Lodgify which allows for integration with many other 3rd party platforms including Booking.com and others. This maximizes opportunities for getting rentals while tracking availability across all platforms at once. Check out this beautiful rental property through the link below.
